Bent Productions was founded in 2023 with a mission to bring whimsical and transformative experiences to Denver’s performing arts scene. At Bent Productions, we believe the silly goose and the golden goose are, in fact, the same goose. We believe that queer joy is the most fun joy. But above all, we believe that local independent artists are the core of a city’s vibe, growth, and cool factor.
Bender Flames is the founder, CEO, and only employee of Bent Productions. Bender has been gracing stages and snatching spotlights since being cast as “the loud mouse” in the holiday classic The Nutcracker at age 9. While only a mouse sometimes, he is still very loud all the time. Nowdays, Bender finds himself in a whole mess of situations ranging from hosting burlesque shows, roaming as a clown, and in a few cases, writing and producing burlesque musicals.
